VISITOR RULES YBL6 Art Space

Dear Visitor,

Please be informed that by entering the YBL6 Art Space, you accept and comply with the rules set out in this document.

 Please observe the following rules when visiting the Ybl6 Art Space.

 VISITING RULES

Everyone can visit the exhibition and the events at their own risk.

No person who is drunk or intoxicated may enter the event.

Visitors are obliged to use the premises of the event in accordance with their intended purpose, to keep the environment in order, and to protect and handle the devices and equipment in the building and the building itself in accordance with the regulations.

In the event of an unusual incident (e.g. natural disaster, fire, bomb alert, etc.), visitors are obliged to follow exactly the instructions of the event staff.

ACCESSIBILITY

Barrier-free access to the exhibition (lift) is available through the entrance of the Erzsébet lépcső opening from Ybl Miklós tér.

GROUP AND FAMILY VISITS AND MUSEUM PEDAGOGICAL PROGRAMMES

The group leader, accompanying teacher or parent is responsible for ensuring that all members of their group comply with the visitor rules.

EXHIBITION SPACE

Please approach the artworks no more than 30 centimetres. It is prohibited to sit on the windowsill in the exhibition spaces.

PROTECTION OF ARTWORKS

In order to protect the artworks, please do not touch them.

It is prohibited to touch or damage the exhibition installation elements and the displayed artworks or to harm their integrity in any way.

CLOAKROOM

Visitors must use the cloakroom for safety reasons.

Please leave your luggage and backpack of any size, umbrella and your shoulder bag or handbag larger than 30×40×20 cm in the cloakroom. In order to protect the artworks, the exhibitions may not be visited with a coat on the visitor’s arm or by wearing a wet or winter coat.

In addition to the above, it is prohibited to take bottles, food, drinks, live animals (except guide dogs), children’s toys, stabbing and cutting tools, or anything that endangers the physical well-being, safety of visitors and staff or the condition of the artworks into the exhibition rooms. (If medically justified, a liquid may only be taken into the exhibition rooms in one bottle of up to 0.5 litres kept in a bag.) We cannot accommodate live animals, bicycles, scooters or suitcases.

Food and drinks may only be consumed during the catering provided by the organisers and at its venue, paying special attention to the integrity of the exhibited artworks and other objects.

MOBILE PHONE

Please do not disturb other visitors in the exhibition spaces with loud speech, and turn down your mobile phone.

 PROHIBITED ARTICLES

It is prohibited to take bicycles, scooters, skateboards, roller skates, segways and other vehicles, live animals (except guide dogs), stabbing and cutting tools, and anything that endangers the physical well-being and safety of visitors and staff into the building.

LOST ITEMS

If you are looking for a lost item, please ask our staff at the ticket information desk for help.

BABY CHANGE ROOM

A baby change room will be set up next to the women’s lavatory in the basement. Children under the age of 14 who want to attend the event must be accompanied by an adult.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited throughout the exhibition.

The use of electronic cigarettes is not allowed either. Smoking is allowed in designated areas, only outside the building.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

Image, audio and video recordings of the events are (may be) made as commissioned by MNB Arts and Culture and the Castellany. The purpose of making the recordings is to record the events of MNB Arts and Culture (MNB-Ingatlan Kft.) and the Castellany and proving that the events took place. The recordings made may be published on the website, in the online and printed publications, and on the social media platforms of MNB Arts and Culture (MNB-Ingatlan Kft.) and the Castellany (Castle Garden Bazaar). If you do not wish to appear on the recordings, please notify our recording staff member or the data protection officer of MNB-Ingatlan Kft. at rita.andrasko@mnbingatlan.hu or the data protection officer of the Castellany at onder.peter@onder.hu of your request of its deletion.

PRIVACY NOTICE

Information on the scope of data generated during the visit and their processing can be found in the privacy notice(s) of the organisers, see www.varkertbazar.hu/adatvedelem and www.mnbarts.hu/kiallitas-az-ybl6-muveszeti-terben-adatvedelmi-tajekoztato.

The organisers of the event qualify as independent data controllers and do not carry out joint data processing.

In all other cases, the HOUSE RULES of the Castle Garden Bazaar apply.

A visitor who violates these visitor rules may, after warning, be banned from the event and/or the building for a specified period of time or permanently. The person who violates the rules (or is responsible for the person who violates them) is liable for damages resulting from a violation of the visitor rules. If the violation of the rules also constitutes a violation of the law, the person who violates the rules (or is responsible for the person who violates the rules) bears the legal responsibility and is subject to any legal sanctions.
