Curated by Dr Flóra Mészáros, the exhibition draws from the contemporary art collection established by the Central Bank of Hungary, focusing on the relationship between science and art.

Welcoming speeches were given by Krisztina Sikota, Deputy Director of Tourism and Culture at Várkapitányság, and Péter Bozó, CEO of MNB-Ingatlan Kft. The exhibition was officially opened by Anna Erdei, Deputy Secretary-General of MTA, alongside Dr Flóra Mészáros.
On the 24th of January, at the public launch of the exhibition, Kinga Hamvai, Head of MNB Arts and Culture, and Anita Kiss-Hegyi, Operational Director of MNB Arts and Culture, addressed the audience, followed by a guided tour led by Dr Flóra Mészáros.
This exhibition is a follow up of the Calculations and Coincidences exhibition in Istanbul, as it brings together the intersection of science and art, expanding across multiple disciplines. At the same time, it highlights technical diversity, showcasing paintings, sculptures, glass artworks, installations, and art created using various other techniques.
The selection focuses on artists whose creative processes and conceptual approaches incorporate scientific disciplines. These include engineering and technical sciences (Andreas Fogarasi, Tamás Konok, etc.), linguistics (Attila Csáji, Krisztián Frey, Judit Reigl, etc.), computer science (Imre Bak, Judit Horváth Lóczi, etc.), physics (József Bullás, Zsuzsanna Kóródi, etc.), and nature and heritage conservation (Simon Hantai, Ferenc Lantos, András Mengyán).
A key aim of the exhibition is to draw attention to interdisciplinarity and its cross-disciplinary connections, and social engagement, challenging the narrow and constraned perception of fine art.
