Spanning across continents, The Journey – János Fajó and the Pesti Workshop group exhibition welcomed several prominent members of the field at its exclusive opening. The show at the Liu Haisu Art Museum in Shanghai was realized by the collaboration of MNB Arts and Culture and the Fajó Foundation. First Ms. Vera Bao, the director of the museum gave a welcome speech, followed by Dr. Kinga Hamvai, Head of MNB Arts and Culture, Mr. Mátyás Váradi, President of Fajó Foundation, Dr. Chen Zhimin, Vice President of Fudan University then dr. Katalin Zámbó, Deputy Consul General of the Consulate General of Hungary in Shanghai.
Zita Sárvári, the curator of the exhibition gave a guided tour to the attendees.
The VIP event’s honoured guests were Huang Xuejun, Vice President of Bank of China Shanghai Headquarters and Dr. Barna Fömötör, Director General of the Central Bank of Hungary
